Classic Hummus Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. hummus goodness classic hummus

  • 1 flatbread

  • cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • fresh parsley & mint (chopped)

  • feta cheese (omit or use vegan feta for vegan option)

  • 1 tbs. za’atar seasoning

  • olive oil

Directions:

1. lightly toast flatbread

2. spread hummus on flatbread

3. top with tomatoes, feta, mint, parsley and za’atar

4. drizzle with olive oil, slice it up (or not!) and enjoy!
