Original Hummus & Fattoosh Board

Ingredients
8oz Hummus Goodness Original Hummus
1/4 cup drench Lemon Mediterranean Salad Dressing
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 English Cucumber, diced
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped mint
Crunchy Pita Chips
Directions
In a small bowl mix together the salad dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, parsley and mint. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Spread hummus in the middle of a round 12" platter, leaving a border around the edge for the pita chips.
Top with the fattoush mixture
Place pita chips around the humus right before serving.
