BEETZ HUMMUS TOAST WITH EGG

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Hummus Goodness Beetz Hummus

  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread, toasted

  • 4 Sunny Side Up Eggs

  • 1 cup Feta Cheese or Goat Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Pistachios, chopped

  • Honey

DIRECTIONs:

  • Spread Beetz Hummus on each sourdough bread.

  • Place sunny side up egg on each slice of toast.

  • Top with cheese, pistachios and a drizzle of honey.
