CHRISTMAS TREE HUMMUS PINWHEELS

Ingredients:

  • 1 large wrap or tortilla

  • Hummus Goodness Original Hummus

  • Fresh spinach

  • Thinly sliced cucumber

  • Sun-dried tomatoes

  • Crumbled feta

  • Additional cucumber for ribbons

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Toothpicks

DIRECTIONS:

  • Spread Original Hummus over the wrap.

  • Layer with spinach, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta.

  • Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.

  • Use a vegetable peeler to make cucumber ribbons.

  • Fold each ribbon into a small Christmas tree shape and secure with a toothpick.

  • Place on each pinwheel and finish with a pomegranate seed.
