Garlic Glory Hummus Christmas Tree

Ingredients

8oz Hummus Goodness Garlic Glory Hummus

1 bunch parsley, chopped

Red Onions, Cherry Tomatoes & Cucumbers, diced

1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup green olives, halved

Halved cucumber, 2-3 inches tall

Warm Pita Bread or Pita Chips for serving

Directions

Spread hummus on your platter in the shape of a Christmas tree

Sprinkle parley into 5 “garlands”

In between each garland, press hummus and olives to create “lights”

Sprinkle feta cheese onto “garlands” to create a “snow” effect.

Place halved cucumber for the trunk of the tree

Serve with pita chips or warm pita bread.
