GARLIC GLORY HUMMUS CHRISTMAS TREE BOARD

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Hummus Goodness Garlic Glory Hummus

  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

  • Red Onions, Cherry Tomatoes & Cucumbers, diced

  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup green olives, halved

  • Halved cucumber, 2-3 inches tall

  • Warm Pita Bread or Pita Chips for serving

DIRECTIONS:

  • Spread hummus on your platter in the shape of a Christmas tree

  • Sprinkle parley into 5 “garlands”

  • In between each garland, press hummus and olives to create “lights”

  • Sprinkle feta cheese onto “garlands” to create a “snow” effect.

  • Place halved cucumber for the trunk of the tree

  • Serve with pita chips or warm pita bread.
