1 yellow pepper, slice half and cut the other 1/2 into three pieces for the head & wings
1 red pepper, sliced thin
1 bag baby carrots
1 head broccoli florets

Directions
Place hummus container in the center of the platter.
Arrange cucumbers and layer around the outside edge of the platter; cut bell peppers into strips and layer inside the cucumber ring; then layer the baby carrots around the hummus container and bunch the broccoli on bottom
Create the turkey head and wings with a yellow bell pepper
Cut a small tip of a baby carrot for the beak, red bell pepper scraps for the waddle and a black olive for the eyes
Cut out toes using baby carrots for the turkey feet.
