Original Hummus Mediterranean Nachos

Ingredients

8oz Hummus Goodness Original Hummus

1 pint quartered cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber, diced

1/4 cup Feta Cheese

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 tablespoon chopped mint

Handful of black kalamata olives

Drizzle of Olive Oil

Crunchy Pita Chips

Directions

In a small bowl mix together the tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, olives, parsley and mint.

Place Pita Chips or crackers in a flat plate.

Put hummus in a ziplock bag and cut off the tip. Spread hummus on chips.

Top with the veggies mixture
