Chobani Copycat Original Hummus & Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
8 oz Hummus Goodness Original Hummus
2 cups greek yogurt
8oz cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Zaatar seasoning to taste
Pita chips and/or fresh veggies
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Place cherry tomatoes on a roasting pan
Drizzle with olive oil + salt then roast 8-10 minutes
Make your parfait:
Layer 1: 1/4 cup greek yogurt
Layer 2: Olive oil + Zaatar
Layer 3: 2 tablespoons hummus
Layer 4: Olive oil + Zaatar
Layer 5: Roasted cherry tomatoes
Layer 6: Olive oil + Zaatar
